[Va-bird] Hummer Errors R human

All reports from eBird reporting Rufous Hummingbird sightings from yours truly 
are clerical errors.  Please disregard. They were all Ruby-throated. If I ever 
have the luck to chance upon a Rufous I would include notes and hopefully a 
picture or two.
