[Va-bird] Hunting Creek: Caspian Terns and Laughing Gull

I stopped at Hunting Creek, Alexandria, VA Sunday, April 5, just a little 
before sunset.
The water area between the Stone Bridge and the Beltway entrance ramps.

Among the 200+ resting Ring-billed Gulls, where at least 18 Caspian Terns and 
a surprise, one Laughing Gull, with most of the head black, but not in full 
breeding
plumage yet.  There were at least 10 Bonaparte's Gulls out in the Potomac River
