A female siskin at my feeder this morning (I had given up hoping to get one)
was my 105th yard bird (and 139th Hollin Hills bird, 222nd Fairfax County
bird, and 259th VA bird). White Oaks Park was pretty active this morning,
including my FOS MAGNOLIA.
The Lincoln’s at Huntley was singing in a brush pile in the field to the
right of the platform at the end of the Hike/Bike Trail. Maybe it’ll stick
for the Birdathon on Tuesday (let me know if you want to pledge to support
the summer’s naturalist intern). Other notables:

another single later; nesting?)
