[Va-bird] Huntley Meadows Sunday 11/17: Lincoln's sparrow (again) and 200+ rusties

Largest group of rusties that I've seen in years.  Note that the heavy
construction in the wetland and on the Hike/Bike Trail is completed, most of
the remaining work appears to be planting the areas disturbed with native
plants.  The Hike/Bike Trail will probably reopen soon.  I'll post more
specific info when I get it.
