[Va-bird] Yellow Rails and Rice Festival Photos and more

I am finally getting through the photos of the last month's travels. The first 
set, from the Yellow Rails and Rice Festival in Louisiana is posted on Flickr.

Incuded are Scissor-tailed Flycatchers, Yellow Rails (of course) as well as 
White-faced Ibis, Fulvous Whistling-Ducks, American Bittern and Bronzed 
Cowbirds and more. I hope to get the Texas photos into a set(s) later this 
week. There were a lot of awesome birds at the Rio Grande Valley Birding 
Festival!
