I apologize for the late post but on Saturday I checked out the mud flats from
Staunton View Park and then the Staunton River SP side. My scope doesn't hold
a candle to Adam's so I was not able to pick out all the shorebirds but could
tell they were there (I could ID the Killdeer and Pectoral Sandpipers). I did
find 2 immature Little Blues from the State Park side behind the green building
on the left just past the pool.
