[Va-bird] Immature Mississippi Kite in Springfield

Hello All,

At 4:08 an immature Mississippi kite flew low across Braddock Road from the
North to the South between Woodland Drive and Kings Park Drive.  Lots of
good habitat, wish they weren't so close to a very busy road.

Hope we can find the nest before they leave.
