Howdy all,

After another very slow start, we ended the day with a  decent total, but it
was mostly YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS. We did a bit better than  yesterday in
overall species, but their daily total was still quite low.
We did have a few sparrows around today, but not as many as what should be
here. But we did have a five sparrow day (SONG, WHITE-THROATED, CHIPPING,
FIELD,  and SAVANNAH).

Hopefully the wind shift that is currently going on, will  move down some
birds for tomorrow.

Totals for 10/27:

Winter  Wren                       1
Brown  Creeper                    1
Pine  Warbler                       1
Yellow-rumped Warbler       199
Palm  Warbler                      2             1 western, 1 yellow
Field  Sparrow                       7
Chipping  Sparrow                 1
Savannah  Sparrow               4
Song  Sparrow                      3
White-throated Sparrow        1
Gray  Catbird                         1
Northern  Cardinal                 1
TOTAL----------------------------- 222
