While visiting the JMU campus in Harrisonburg today, I had a brief time to
bird/ visit the Arboretum and Lake Newman area on campus. I watched 2 Black
Crowned Night Herons circle around the lake shoreline and then seem to settle
into the high White Pines behind the lakeside dorms. Other highlights included
