I have received some feedback from the List provider as to why some
subscriptions are being dropped. Please forward this to folks you know who may
be experiencing list problems as they may not receive this post.

Subscribers are removed from a list when their bounce score passes
the threshold under Bounce Options. When email is undeliverable to an address
then that is a bounce. Sometimes it's because someone has
changed their address, sometimes it's because their mailbox is full
and sometimes it's someone's spam filter bouncing the email. Either
way it's a problem on the receiver's end and they'll need to take
care of it before they can receive email from the list.
