Today, there were 3 LONG-TAILED DUCKS (1 male and 2 females) at Sandy
River Reservoir in Prince Edward County near Farmville.  They were mixed
in with a fairly large group that contained BUFFLEHEAD, RUDDY DUCKS and
at least 1 RING-NECKED DUCK.  The duck group was located to the left of
the parking area.  Sandy River Reservoir is detailed in the piedmont
section of the Virginia Birding and Wildlife Trails.

Also, the SELASPHORUS hummingbird, present since 10/14, is still coming
to my feeder on Smith Grove Rd. daily.  Good birding.
