Sunday was a great day! As you read earlier I saw the Harris's Sparrow; a
new life bird! Then around 5 pm there was a FOS Indigo Bunting under my
feeders with the sparrows, cardinals and towhees. He stayed around for a
couple of hours, flying off with everyone else into the azaleas and coming
back. It was almost dark when he disappeared. But, he was back for a
little while this morning. This is an early date for the Lynchburg area.
The Brown Thrasher was back on the 14th Now, if I can just find that
Catbird!
