Hello all,
The deadline for Annual Meeting meal requests is approaching. Our caterer
needs a full head count three business days in advance of the meeting. So, if
you would like to participate in the dinners and/or buy a box lunch, we need to
receive your registration forms and payments no later than April 27.
Also, we have some exciting updates to our Sunday morning field trips. Jenn
Allen of the Friends of the Rappahannock has generously coordinated a field
trip to Lauck's Island, which is accessible only by raft or canoe! The
Virginia Outdoor Center will provide raft crossings to the island!

The Fredericksburg Birding Club is looking forward to seeing you. Migrants are
starting to pour in...I heard my first Baltimore Oriole, Red-eyed Vireo, House
Wren, etc. over the last few days!
