[Va-bird] Merlin - Manassas Battlefield

There has been a Merlin at the Manassas Battlefield since at least the 23rd
of last  month. Can be found perched at the top of a tree easily visible
from the parking lot on the Chinn Ridge loop. It was there again today
(March 2nd) at 2:15pm.
