I managed to get out and bird for a few hours today at our place in Union
Springs. Ended up with around 50 species for the day. The best birds were
Willow Flycatcher (a first for our place), Yellow-throated Vireo, a late RC
Kinglet, Veery, Swainson's, and Wood Thrushes, 8 Scarlet Tanagers, and 14
species of warblers: Ovenbird, Worm-eating, Common Yellowthroat, American
Redstart, Cape May, Northern Parula, Bay-breasted, Blackburnian,
Chestnut-sided, Blackpoll, Black-throated Blue, Pine, Yellow-rumped, and
Black-throated Green.
