Hello everyone,
I went by Mill Creek Lake in Amherst Co.
this afternoon after work.It was a great day.
At the lake I had 25 Tundra Swan, 6 Horned
Grebe. 3 were in almost complete breeding
plumage, the 4th was in transitional breeding
plumage and the last 2 were in winter plumage.
I also had 5 Red-necked Grebes. I called a few
bird club members about the Swans. 5 members
showed up to see the Swans and Grebes. The
2 female Long-tailed Ducks are still there over
near the dam at the spillway.
