After numerous reports of Mississippi Kites all around Virginia this
spring, two finally flew across the James River and past College Creek
Hawkwatch
this morning. Due to backlighting, I couldn't determine the ages.

Observatory and is located on the Colonial Parkway, 3 miles southeast of
Williamsburg.
