Two adult, female, Goldeneye were observed, by myself and two other birders,
this afternoon; first from the observation platform and then from the path
about 150 yards down the river. The two birds were swimming and actively
feeding together. One of the other birders took definitive photographs of both
birds.
Not much else, perhaps 60 or 75 Bufflehead spread out all over the river, and
one group of about nine Lessor Scaup down by the dam.
