With rain coming down this afternoon it seemed like appropriate weather to go
out and look for ducks. I headed over to Murray's Pond and found the
following species.
Mallard - 11
Gadwall - 48
Green-winged Teal - 6
Black Duck - 1
Hooded Merganser - 3
Bufflehead - 5
Ring-necked Duck - 12 - only one female
