[Va-bird] Need a Cedar Waxwing Flock

Hello All,
I have a Cedar Waxwing that has completed rehabilitation and is ready to be released.
Cedar Waxwings must be released into a flock in order to be successful. Does anyone know of a Cedar Waxwing flock that is currently active in the Hampton Roads Area?
