Hello everyone!
First, this is not a recently taken photo but one which led to a discussion
about it's ID as a Juvenile or Adult bird.
After posting this on a wildlife photo site that I sometimes use, I called this
a Juvenile. My call was based on the pale feathers extending to the tail and
the absence of any reddish feathers on the tail. Others called it an adult.
The photo was taken in Virginia, East of Hopewell.
