Sharon Forsyth put together a new Google group for the community to share
rare bird details/alerts (only for rarities) for the region - DC, Maryland,
Virginia and Delaware. The focus is on rarities that one would consider
chasing (state review level birds and just below - Upland Sandpiper as an
example).
