After I posted the info about the White-winged Dove in my yard this week, Mark
Mullins of Claytor Lake (near Radford) sent me some photos of the WWDO he had
in his yard last month. (He documented his siting and submitted a report to
VARCOM). His bird was the first state record for the bird in the mountain
region of Virginia.
Since Mark does not have a web photo hosting account, he gave me the okay to
put the pictures on my flickr account on his behalf so that everyone can enjoy
