[Va-bird] Osprey Nelson Co.

I saw an Osprey soaring near Massies Mill in Nelson Co. Yesterday around noon 
there was also a Bald Eagle a couple miles away, and a Red-shouldered Hawk in 
between. Both the Osprey and the Bald Eagle area quite rare and unusual in the 
county at this time of year.
