Saw an immature Bald Eagle drop this on the ice at Pohick Bay Park this
morning. lobed feet, short pointed bill, white or light breast. Looks like a
Pied-billed Grebe to me. There were hundreds more coot to choose from, but the
light breast rules them out in my opinion. Can I get a second on the ID?
