Hello All,
The nice overcast cooler weather may account for a couple fun birds in the
yard today.
Blue-headed Vireo (a first confirmation in the yard for us)
Cape May Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
Common Yellowthroat x2 (1m, 1f)
&
Purple Finch (not an adult male plumage- very warm, creamy dark-toned- I am
curious how long gape remnant colors may be detectable.)
We managed to get pictures of all but the Blue-headed Vireo.
These seem to be among our most typical/reliable warblers in the yard in
both Spring and Fall.
Cheers,
