I regret to report that I had a male Purple Finch here this morning as I
left for town. It's been showing up on and off for the past several days.
Sadly, it does not look well which probably explains why it is here.
Speaking of not looking well, I would appreciate knowing if anyone had
sickly goldfinches this past winter.
