Hi,
I live in Falls Church, VA. Has anyone in Northern VA had any success
attracting Red Headed WPs to their yards? Any tips other than putting up
a nest box to specs at the specified height with 2" wood chips in the
bottom?
I have had a lot of activity at my suet feeder and seed feeder in my
backyard. I also have a little Downy WP roosting my bluebird box. We
have an infrared video in the box and watch him sleep every night.
Needless to say he is most welcome! My other nest box is vacant
currently but being inspected by bluebirds early every am.
