[Va-bird] Red-necked Grebe - Dyke Marsh

On my visit to Dyke Marsh in Alexandria late this afternoon, I saw from the 
boardwalk area a Red-necked Grebe in nonbreeding plumage (I believe this was 
previously reported a few weeks ago).  In addition, I saw two Horned Grebes, 
one in breeding and one in nonbreeding plumage.David LedwithFalls Church, VA
