[Va-bird] Red-necked grebes, winter wrens, rough-winged swallows at Newport News Park

Thursday March 20th the William & Mary Ornithology class had a quick trip to 
White Oak Trail at Newport News Park and found 2 red-necked grebes (one in nice 
breeding plumage), 2 hairy woodpeckers, 2 winter wrens, and 2 FOS northern 
rough-winged swallows.  Ducks still present were 8 scaup species, 15 
ring-neckeds, 14 gadwall, 9 American wigeon, 3 American black ducks, 4 mallards
