[Va-bird] Release site needed for Purple Martins in Chesapeake, VA area

Hi List,

I have 9 purple martins we've rehabilitated that are nearly ready for release. 
I'm looking for an active colony/roost to release them into in the Chesapeake, 
VA area. I also need to know what times the birds are around/actively flying. 

As a backup, I would also like to know specifically where the large roost is 
that has been mentioned in recent posts in the Richmond area.
