Weather:
Moderate WNW Winds early shifting to moderate W winds midday, and then
light SSE Winds late this afternoon.  1.1-11.1C.  An entirely blue sky all
day, clear visibility.  

Raptor Observations:
A slow day but we had some excitement in the last two hours with great
views of Bald Eagles and Northern Harriers.  Three immature BE (2:05
2nd-YR, 2:28 unaged immature, 2:52 3rd-YR).  Two NH (2:41 immature, 3:53
adult male).  First Raptor: 10:58 RT, Last Raptor: 3:53 NH.

Non-raptor Observations:
8 Snow Geese (one flock containing 7 white-morph and 1 blue-morph birds), 1
Common Loon, 1 DC Cormorant, 2 Ring-billed Gulls, 47 Fish Crows, 5 Horned
Larks, 1 Winter Wren, 3 Bluebirds, 253 Robins, 1,387 Cedar Waxwings, 340 RW
Blackbirds, 1 Pine Siskin, 18 Goldfinches.
