I was pleasantly surprised?to see a migrating adult Bald Eagle on 66 on the way
back to Arlington.

The actual sighting was near Centreville.

An aside:? Last week an adult Bald Eagle (very closely) strafed a juvenile.

???????????????? This action was so? close to me that I could hear the wings
swoop.
