[Va-bird] Royal Tern at College Creek, Williamsburg

Brian Taber noted the College Creek Hawk Watch's first Royal Tern of the season 
this morning.  The bird was initially heard then seen as it circled above then 
landed among a mixed collection of gulls resting on an exposed sandbar.  Our 
local average arrival date in the Williamsburg area is 15 March.
