[va-bird] Sabine’s Gull - Potomac River near Fort Hunt Park, Alexandria (Fairfax County)

The Sabine’s Gull reported on eBird from Piscataway Park in MD, is still being 
seen on the far side of the Potomac River at 3:30 this afternoon as viewed from 
a pull off on the GW Parkway across from Fort Hunt Park.
