Psst, Hey Buddy, listen to this,
There is this Clay-colored Sparrow over at Occoquan Bay NWR, near the pond
by the main parking lot. But don't tell anyone! I only heard about it from
a friend, call him John (let's just say he doesn't want any Imperial
involvement, if you know what I mean). Anyways, he found the bird and
pointed it out to others yesterday but PLEASE don't let on you know about
it. I dropped by the site today and found it at about 1pm, after about an
hour of looking, on the backside of the pond, working through the short
willows. A scope was needed then, but it seems Friday morning it was in a
tree(s) along the trail just to the south. Anyways, good luck on finding it
but for goodness sakes don't tell anyone!
