My wife and I made our first trip to Blandy Experimental Farm today. It
is a great place. It was not really planned as a birding trip, but
there were lots of birds to be seen.
We saw a nice family of Eastern Pewees.
On the way back, we stopped by Sky Meadows State Park. The Red-headed
Woodpeckers are still there. We saw four of them! They were pretty far
away, but I managed a picture that at least shows that I saw one:
