Chilly with dense fog blowing in sheets across the ridge from the west. Fog
began to rise a bit about 10:30 but persisted on the east side another
hour. Specks of blue peeked through the overcast around 1 pm. Light wind
from the west.

Oddly for this site, both of today's PEFAs came up off the west side of the
ridge.
First bird: BAEA juv 10:42.
Non-raptor Observations:
286 Blue Jays, 99 passerine sp., 20 Monarchs.
Shout out to the kind, cordial counters at Hawk Ridge (MN)who got us on so
many fine birds last week. Many thanks. Fair winds and full skies.
