[Va-bird] Special Dark-eyed Junco

Hello all,

Very possibly some of you have a way of recognizing a returning backyard bird.

For the third year in a row we have a Dark-eyed Junco back for what we hope will be the entire winter. We recognize it because it has a thin, white collar, and we call it "Collar Guy".
