Hello all,
I took my non birding wife to see the Swallow-tailed Kites this afternoon.
We got there about 1:15. Allen Hale from Nelson Co. was there. We only
saw 1 ST Kite. It landed in some trees. We also saw 2 Miss. Kites inter-
acting with the ST Kite.The ST Kite had the radio transmitter. The Kite
landed in a tree near the small pond then flew and landed in the tree at the
end of the tree line. It was still in the tree when we left at 1:45.
Allen Hale also
left. Dave Dawson arrived just before we left. He got to see the Kites.
