The trees just east of the house at CF Smith this morning reminded me of Crane
Creek, Ohio, in spring migration. There were several Tennessee Warblers
singing from different trees, chasing each other, and, in general, creating
quite a commotion. For variety, there were a Redstart, 3+ Magnolia Warblers,
several Blackpolls, and a couple Parulas, plus the background music of
Black-throated Blues, Wood Thrush, and Scarlet Tanagers from the woods.
