"The Goose" in Alexandria
I had the goose under observation from about 4:05 to 4:18pm today.
It was first located in the water of Cameron Run and then flew to the median
strip of Eisenhower Ave.
and then fed along with two Canada Geese.
This location is of east of Lake Cook, and in front of 3817 Eisenhower Ave.
I have about 50 pictures, the bird does show a light colored check, similarly
in pattern and shape to the first photo at:

But, I think, the Alexandria is darker than this bird.
I will say that this bird is very tame, but just as tame as the two Canada
Geese.
I was able to get to within 25-30 feet of the bird.
