I will be leading a trip to Ecuador this summer (June 28-July 8), with an
optional extension to Peru (return on July 15). The trip will include the
Galapagos Islands, the Mindo Cloud Forest Reserve, historical tour of Quito, a
couple of birding hot-spots in Peru, etc. Origininally designed as an
educational program for UMW alumni, the trip still has openings, and I have
been authorized by our Alumni Relations Office to invite other participants. I
would like to extend this opportunity to all of Virginia's birding and
