I saw twenty-nine species on the Rockfish Valley Trail yesterday morning,
including a Kestrel, four warblers: Magnolia, Tennessee, Palm, and
Yellow-rumped, and a couple of unusual sparrows. The first of the unusual
sparrows so far has been a challenge for anyone to identify, even though
there are some good photos of it. The second one could be a Savannah or a
Vesper. I would appreciate opinions.
Photos are on my wildlife blog pages:

In real life, the shortest distance between two points is never a straight
line, so you might as well enjoy the journey !!
