[Va-bird] VSO warm up - Geo Washington's Ferry Farm

Hello fellow VA-Birders:

Took a long lunch today to bird George Washington's Ferry Farm in
preparation for this weekend's bird tours as part of the VSO Annual
Meeting activities.  A nice showing of 49 species, which includes 10
warbler species.  Not bad for high noon!  Bird of the day was
Yellow-breasted Chat.  Complete list is below.  Other notables observed
at Ferry Farm this week (Tuesday) include Vesper and Grasshopper
Sparrow.
