And a fledgling Cowbird waiting to be fed.  Not sure of the "parent".

Subject: [Va-bird] [va-bird] Backyard fledglings in Springfield

Our resident feeder population began noticably increasing yesterday. At one
point we had at least six White-breasted Nuthatches cavorting among the trees
in our backyard.
Three were adults and at least three fledglings. One adult male was
repeatedly shooed away from the vicinity of the suet feeder by the other
adults.

This morning, our resident female Hairy WP spent about 15' grabbing gobs of
suet, and feeding a flegling male.
