It's that time of year to look out for them in inland locations - they undergo

Subject: [Va-bird] Great Egret - Nelson/Albemarle Co.
bout 9:30 this morning a GREAT EGRET visited the pond at A.M Fog nursery near
he border of Albemarle and Nelson County (On Rt. 151, a few miles south of US
50). It flew in from the north and is probably just passing through on its way
outh. Not a "rare" bird for those of you in the eastern part of the state, but
ne we only see here as they pass through on migration.
