I saw them too - there were actually 13 ducklings - but I didn't know that
till I counted them in one of my pictures.

The highlight of my trip to Huntley came as I left but it was not a bird - I
saw a spot of color off to the right as I was leaving

I know - that is not a bird - but I know a lot of the people on the bird
list visit Huntley Meadows.

Other brids I saw were Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Red-winged Blackbird, Swamp
Sparrow, Song Sparrow, Great Egret, Great Blue Heron, Green-winged Teal,
Canada Goose, Carolina Chickadee, Northern Cardinal, White-throated Sparrow
