I looked for at least a half hour throughout the neighborhood there about a
month ago, but also no sightings. Elton Morel saw them there earlier than
that and
reported them on e-bird.

I have looked a couple of times, briefly, in the areas where I have seen
the kites and knew they nested in past years.
I have not seen them so far. If they are there, (which I feel sure they
are), we should see them in the next 3-4 weeks.
