It wasn’t until after seeing Elton Morel’s eBird posting today of Nashville
Warbler at Daingerfield Island that I realized I had meant to say Nashville
Warbler. Thanks Elton!

Subject: [Va-bird] Orange-crowned Warbler - Daingerfield Island, Alexandria
Early this afternoon at Daingerfield Island in Alexandria, just south of
National Airport, I saw an Orange-crowned Warbler in the vegetation along the
shore not far from the first parking lot on the left. From the parking lot,
walk north about 150 steps and this bird was in the low vegetation on the
right. It was hanging out with a Ruby-crowned Kinglet that tended to be in the
lower part of the trees.
Also, I saw 14 species of waterfowl in the marina at Daingerfield Island.
